Octopus Back Stroke

Doesn’t it look like he is doing a back stroke? I’ve seen small squids while snorkeling and diving, but I don’t remember seeing a large octopus like this one. They are amazing creatures and super smart, too! Have you had any encounters with octopi (is that the plural?) Enjoy!
