We are nearing the end of this very strange year, and I am looking further into the past at mom’s picture. And I have more questions than I have answers. Where was she when she took this picture? Is that sea fan still alive? If it is, how old would it be? How long do they live? What was happening in her life when she took this? What would she think about the last year? Would she be hopeful and optimistic about the coming year? Some of these questions, I can find the answers. Others, I’ll never know the answer. You know what, that is OK. We aren’t meant to know all the answers. We need to have faith and hope. Faith and Hope!
