I am always surprised, pleasantly, at the amount of color that is under the surface of the sea. The first time I went snorkeling filled me with wonder at the brightness and richness of the color that was below us. So many times, you think it is just the deep blue sea, but it has all the colors. So vibrant and full of life. The most vibrant reef that I have seen was in the Red Sea near Sharm El-Sheikh. So beautiful. Sorry, no photos. I never picked up my Mom’s talent for underwater photography. She and Dad would have loved to dive there. I wonder what new adventures they are experiencing. I don’t believe our existence stops when we leave this world. I’m not ready to find out, but I do hope they will be there to guide me when it is my time.
